How do I book a class?
Through the KNOX website or app. We recommend booking in advance -the popular morning and evening hours fill up quickly. You will receive a confirmation and reminder before training.
What is the cancellation policy?
Please cancel at least 12 hours in advance. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged as used sessions.
Are there personal trainings available?
Yes. KNOX trainers run one-on-one PT sessions in designated slots during the week — ideal if you're looking for a personalized program, want to work on technique, or prefer a more private environment. Contact us and we will select the right coach.
